Yes, you will be provided an official email PDF received issued to you on monday of the following week upon payment.
A 100% refund is ONLY made in the event that Ken Lim is unable to make it due to unforeseen circumstances, and where no replacement driver and similar car make is allocated to you. Rest assured, this hardly ever happens.
There are no additional fees and charges other than the following:
Extra Stop For Point to Point: +$10
Extra stop must be within 5 km from the 1st stop. Anything more is based on availability and negotiation with Ken.

15mins free.
$10/10min block thereafter.
Midnight Charges (0000 hrs - 0600 hrs)
